Mr. Deutsch has been affiliated with Deutsch & Schneider LLP since 1986 and became a partner in 1993.
Mr. Deutsch handles numerous aspects of Real Estate law with a focus on mortgage foreclosures, sophisticated real estate transactions, litigation, commercial and business transactions, real estate closings on all types of properties, loan closings, mortgage financing, title issues, and leasing. He has extensive experience in estate planning matters, trusts, litigation, and asset administration.
During his thirty-five years of law practice, he has represented national and local lenders, commercial and individual real estate investors, numerous banks, real estate investment funds, major commercial and individual owners, and operators in thousands of real estate, business, lease, and loan transactions.
Mr. Deutsch has aggressively represented a broad and loyal clientele base, including the United States of America, major supermarket owners and operators, commercial real estate investors, and owners of shopping malls, apartment buildings, and industrial and commercial properties. Mr. Deutsch has also represented many individuals in single-family homes, cooperative apartments, and condominium unit transactions.
Mr. Deutsch has also lectured extensively on Real Estate and Foreclosure law to various bank clients throughout the country. He has spoken before numerous local audiences on estate planning and trusts.
Mr. Deutsch was also a pioneering member of the AARP Legal Services Network to better serve the legal needs of senior citizens. He has also provided expert commentary on legal matters to national media.
